World-renowned illustrated publisher Thames & Hudson is seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Executive to join our UK Sales team. This role is pivotal in managing sales relationships across key online and retail partners, with a strong focus on Amazon (around 75% of the workload). Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will take the lead in the day-to-day management of our Amazon business while supporting wider account strategy and growth across Harrods, Selfridges, CounterPrint and others.

building relationships that deliver long-term growth.
The Role
- Lead day-to-day management of our Amazon business, ensuring product data, pricing and availability are accurate and optimised.
- Execute Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Vendor Services (AVS) campaigns to maximise visibility and sales performance.
- Analyse sales data, conversion rates and campaign results, translating insights into clear actions and reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver a data-led sales growth strategy with the Head of Key Accounts.
- Manage additional retail accounts including Harrods, Selfridges and CounterPrint, conducting regular
sales analysis to inform forecasting and promotional planning. - Monitor marketplace activity
and maintain direct supply where possible, spotting emerging opportunities. - Work collaboratively with internal teams and client publishers to ensure titles are promoted effectively and consistently.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or publishing.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel (or equivalent) for sales tracking and performance analysis.
- Experience managing relationships with major accounts and delivering against sales targets.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, with particular exposure to Amazon Vendor or Seller Central.
- Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with online merchandising, metadata management and digital content optimisation.
- Experience running advertising and promotional campaigns within Amazon’s platform.
- Knowledge of publishing or media products desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

World-renowned illustrated publisher Thames & Hudson is seeking an individual with a solid technical foundation and a passion for learning to assist in designing and testing scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs, provide technical support to users, and help maintain critical data workflows and integrations in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Role
- Collaborate with the Senior Developer and Business Analyst to translate system requirements into reliable code.
- Develop, enhance and maintain scripts, integrations, and application workflows.
- Test new and existing functionality to identify bugs and performance issues.
- Respond to first- and second-line technical support tickets and liaise with users to troubleshoot problems.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Maintain and support our title management and related systems.
- Work with structured data formats including JSON, XML and CSV.
- Assist with data cleansing, import/export, and validation tasks as required.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments to understand their operational needs. Supporting and guiding users adapting to system changes or upgrades.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning discussions.
Knowledge, skills and experience
You will already have:
- Experience with databases; FileMaker experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Python or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with JSON and API usage.
- An eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A detail-oriented approach, be well organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Experience in these areas are a plus, but not essential:
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development.
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines or data modelling principles.
- Previous experience in a publishing or creative industry environment
