Eligibility

1. No purchase is
   necessary.
2. This prize draw is open
   Times+ members only.
3. Open to residents of
   the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only, aged
   18 and over.
4. The prize draw opens on
   Friday, 26 June 2026.
5. To be eligible, entrants must fill in the details on www.mytimesplus.co.uk before Tuesday, 07 July 2026 at 23:59 (‘the
   Closing Date’). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
6. Entrants must fulfil the entry requirements before the Closing Date.
7. Entrants may only
   complete the form once.
8. Thames & Hudson and Times+ (‘the Promoters’) take no responsibility for any entries delayed, mis-directed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication
   method will not be accepted.
   
   The Prize
9. The winning entrant will be eligible to receive a trip to Paris consisting of Return Eurostar for two people from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord
   
   a. Return Eurostar for two people from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord
   b. Overnight accommodation at a 4-star city centre hotel in Paris
   c. Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
   d. Travel insurance for the duration of the trip

   ('The Prize')
10. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The
    Prize may not be rescheduled once dates have been agreed with the winner
11. The winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) transport to Eurostar, visas, meal costs, spending money, and any
    other incidentals.  The winner is also personally responsible for any
    personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize. 
    
    Fulfilment
12. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by the Promoters from all complete and eligible entries.
13. The winners will be notified via email or phone no later than 08 July 2026. To receive the Prize, winners are required to provide the Promoters with their full name, UK address
    and phone number.
14. If a winner chooses not to or is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize or cannot be contacted
    within 48 hours of notification that they have won, the Promoters reserve the right (but are not
    obliged) to award a Prize to an alternative entrant who shall be selected at random from all complete and eligible entries.
15. The Promoters reserve the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to the items listed in the Prize which are of equal or greater value should it deem this to be
    necessary.
16. The Prize will be delivered within a reasonable time and by no later than 21 days after the Prize has been accepted
17. Entrants who have not won a Prize will not receive any notification.
18. The winner will be available upon written request to the Promoters at the address(es) below.
19. If a Winner objects to their information being published and/or made available by Times+, they should inform Times+ at the earliest opportunity by contacting their customer services team via the ‘contact us’ section at mytimesplus.co.uk and Winners
    acknowledge that the Promoters may still be required to share their details
    with the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulators.
    
    Other
20. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend
    the competition, including its Terms and Conditions, where it becomes necessary to do so at any time, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
21. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. The Promoters may amend
    these terms and conditions by posting changes to them on this website.
24. Employees and freelancers, as well as family members of employees and freelancers, working for the Promoters, its associated companies, third parties or anyone else
    associated with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

    Limitation of Liability
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit or exclude the Promoters’ liability
    for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a
    matter of law.
27. The Promoters will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants'
    entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability to participate in the Promotion.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
28. The Promoters will not pay any costs related to cancelled or missed transport and the Prize may
    not be rescheduled.
29. Without prejudice to a participant’s statutory rights and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoters, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage
    incurred by or any personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize.
30. The title in the Prize and any risk or loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the winner upon delivery of the Prize to such winner. The Promoters are not liable for or obliged to replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damage is not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Promoters.
