About the Authors

Nicolas Guillerat is a data designer and graphic artist, and the author of World War II: Infographics. John Scheid is Emeritus Professor at the Collège de France, and the author of An Introduction to Roman Religion, The Craft of Zeus and The Gods, the State and the Individual. Milan Melocco has a doctorate in history from the Sorbonne University. Philip Matyszak is the author of many books on classical civilization, including Chronicle of the Roman Republic, The Enemies of Rome, The Sons of Caesar, Ancient Rome on Five Denarii a Day, Ancient Athens on Five Drachmas a Day, Lives of the Romans (with Joanne Berry) and Legionary.
